Our monthly fee covers all ongoing costs required to maintain and continuously improve your site. This includes things like hosting, security, backups, monitoring, performance tweaks, and content updates.
No, subscriptions continue indefinitely on a month-to-month basis after the initial 12-month period. This model allows us to spread the cost over time, keeping it affordable. Most clients stay with us for several years, seeing returns that exceed their investment.
Yes! Unlimited edits and support are available as an optional monthly add-on, requiring a minimum 12-month commitment. This prevents overwhelming demand in a short period, allowing us to maintain high quality service for all clients.
The monthly package spreads payments out over time, includes ongoing support, and requires no upfront cost. The lump sum option involves a one-time upfront payment, generally saving money long-term but without included ongoing support unless added separately.

Yes, you can upgrade to the regular Monthly plan at any time.
You retain ownership of your domain name. If we bought it on your behalf, we will transfer it to you. The site code remains ours, as our model depends on long-term relationships (otherwise everyone would cancel and we'd be out of business!).
Correct! Our flat monthly rate is exactly as advertised, with no surprise charges or hidden fees.
Subscriptions require a minimum 12-month commitment, then continue month-to-month with cancellation available anytime afterward. Note that if you cancel, the site code remains ours, as our model depends on long-term relationships (otherwise everyone would cancel and we'd be out of business!).
If canceled early, you are responsible for the remaining balance of the full site cost minus any amount already paid. We prioritize long term relationships with our clients and want our clients to share the same philosophy.
Payments are due within 7 days of invoice receipt. After that, a $25 late fee applies. If multiple payments become overdue without communication, we may terminate the contract, and you'll owe the full site balance. However, we are generally very flexible and understanding, and can often offer assistance and help if you communicate with us.
Subscription payments are made via electronic invoices payable by all major credit/debit cards. Lump-sum payments can be made via ACH bank transfer, check, or money order. Checks or money orders are not accepted for monthly subscriptions.
Yes, during the initial design phase. If we cannot design something you're completely satisfied with, we will refund your initial payment. Once design approval occurs and site development begins, refunds are no longer available.
Hand-coded sites deliver superior performance, enhanced security, greater customizability, faster load times, and easier maintainability compared to WordPress or page builders. WordPress and page builder sites are almost always slower and tend to be prime targets for hackers.
Typically, the entire process from kick-off questionnaire to website launch takes about 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and revisions.
Yes and no. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a complex topic. We implement foundational SEO best practices (like semantic coding, meta tags, XML sitemap, accessibility) to optimize your website for search engines. Comprehensive SEO strategies like content creation and link building, however, are outside our standard offerings.

Currently, we don't offer e-commerce solutions due to the complexity and higher costs involved.
