Tell us about the yard. We'll come walk it with you.
Every project starts with a free, no-pressure walkthrough. Send a few details below and someone from the family (usually Bill, sometimes Mara) will be in touch within one business day to schedule a visit.
A few details to get us started.
Fill in what you know. If you're not sure of the scope yet, that's fine, we'll figure it out together when we walk the property.
Cobb County, top to bottom.
We keep our route tight on purpose: every truck is back at the barn by six, and every client gets the same crew on the same day. If you don't see your neighborhood, ask anyway, we'll tell you straight.
Marietta
Whitlock, Kennesaw Avenue, the Square, West Side. Our home turf since 2009.
East Cobb
Indian Hills, Walton, Sope Creek. The biggest single chunk of our weekly route.
Vinings
Tuesday and Thursday crews. A lot of our older design installs live here.
Smyrna
Vinings Estates, Cumberland, Belmont. New builds and full rebuilds.
Kennesaw
North of the mountain, including the Hamilton and Legacy Park communities.
Powder Springs
Friday route. Lots of larger lots and acreage properties out here.
Acworth
Lakeside properties around Allatoona. Limited install slots each season.
Austell & Mableton
Care and maintenance only for now. Ask about the design queue.
Questions we hear most.
A few of the things folks ask before booking a walkthrough. If yours isn't here, throw it in the message field and we'll answer in the first reply.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. We don't charge for the visit, the conversation, or the written estimate that follows. If you choose another company, no hard feelings, and no invoice.
How fast can you actually start?
Weekly mowing accounts can usually start the following week. Design and install projects book three to eight weeks out depending on the season. Hardscape leans longer in spring.
Do you have a minimum project size?
For new design and install work, our typical project starts around $8,000 and goes up from there. Weekly care has no minimum. We're happy to do a single bed cleanup, too.
Are you licensed and insured?
Both. Georgia landscape contractor license, general liability, and workers' comp on every employee. We can send the certificates with the estimate if you'd like to see them.
Can we just stop by the barn?
You're welcome to, but most of the crew is in the field by 7:30a. If you want a real conversation with a designer or estimator, give us a call first and we'll set aside the time.
