Booking us is straightforward. Most events go from first email to confirmed booking in under a week.

Custom Proposal
Within 48 hours, you'll get a tailored menu and quote. We'll suggest options based on the event, but everything is yours to swap, scale up, or scale back.
Confirm & Schedule
Sign off on the proposal, send a 25% deposit, and we'll lock the date. We'll do a short pre-event call a week out to cover logistics.
We Show Up
We arrive 60 – 90 minutes early to set up. You handle the hosting; we handle the coffee. When the event ends, we pack out and leave the space spotless.
