    Account Setup

    Net-30 terms, PO workflow, cost-center mapping, and your dedicated portal login. Sara becomes your direct line for everything fleet.

    Run Rate

    Scheduled PMs go on the calendar. Drop-ins get priority bays. Monthly reports hit your inbox the first business day after close.

Common Questions

How quickly can a fleet job get a bay?

Pro Fleet and Enterprise accounts almost always get a bay the same day they call. Drive-In accounts get priority over walk-in retail. Average wait for fleet drop-offs is 90 minutes.

Do you handle warranty work for OEM dealers?

We coordinate with Ford, RAM, and Chevy commercial warranty desks for non-powertrain claims. We can't perform manufacturer warranty repairs, but we'll handle the diagnosis and the paperwork so you only deal with us.

Can you come to our lot for PMs?

Enterprise customers within 15 miles get on-site preventive maintenance: oil, filters, fluids, basic inspections. Anything that needs a lift or alignment still comes to the bay.

What happens if a vehicle breaks down on a job?

Pro and Enterprise accounts get an after-hours number that routes to a tech on-call. We coordinate the tow and start diagnostics first thing the next morning, with a status update inside two hours of the gates opening.

Do you do NC state inspections?

Yes, we're a licensed inspection station for vehicles up to 26,000 GVWR. Fleet customers get a calendar reminder one month before each renewal so nothing lapses.
