Every repair we perform (parts and labor) is covered for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever you hit second. If a repair fails inside the window, we replace it free, get you into a loaner the same day, and the owner calls personally. The warranty travels with the vehicle, not you.

Do I need an appointment?
For diagnostics and bigger repairs, yes, usually 1-3 days out. For oil changes, NC inspections, and tire rotations, walk-ins are welcome any morning before 10a.
Can I bring my own parts?
Generally no, and here's the honest reason: we can't warranty what we didn't source. If you're set on a specific brand (Brembo, KW, AEM), tell us and we'll order the exact part, and you still get the warranty.
Do you work on European cars?
Yes. Marcus came up at BMW Pineville, we run BMW ISTA and Mercedes XENTRY in-house, and we service Audi, VW, Porsche, Mini, and Volvo daily. Indie pricing on dealer-grade work.
EV and hybrid service?
Two of our techs hold HV1 / HV2 certifications. We service Tesla (S, 3, X, Y), Toyota and Honda hybrids, and the Ford / GM EV lineup. Battery diagnostics, charge port repairs, drive unit work, and brake service all in-house.
How long is a typical diagnosis?
Most are same-day. Hard intermittent faults (random misfire, once-a-month no-start) sometimes need an overnight stay so we can road-test cold the next morning.
Will a tune void my warranty?
On a factory-warrantied car, possibly; depends on the manufacturer and the issue. We'll walk you through which tunes flash-back to stock cleanly and which ones leave a footprint. Honest answers before you commit.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Synchrony and Sunbit. Six-month same-as-cash on jobs over $499, longer terms available. Sara runs the soft credit check at the desk in two minutes.
